    With the passion for cooking since he was 7 years old, but mostly focusing on preparing meals for the family and friends, he went through a marketing and a photography degree, until he realized that his hobby and passion was his future.

    David Falcão was born in Macau, descendent of Portuguese family. Chef by profession, former student of Escola de Hotelaria de Lisboa. Having his professional development mostly in Hotels, among them Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sintra, where he stayed 5 years.

    With an Asian and Mediterranean cuisine influence, but focused on the adventure of the Alentejo gastronomy and way of life. David, living most of his life in the greater Lisbon, moved to Estremoz the pasted year to learn and integrate with Alentejo culture.
